Job description

Business Development & Relationship Management,

  • Identify and build relationships with referring doctors, oncologists, radiologists, and hospitals.
  • Conduct regular visits to clinics and hospitals to promote PET/CT services and maintain strong referral channels.
  • Address queries from referring physicians and ensure timely communication of reports.
  • Implement and monitor marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to increase awareness of PET/CT services.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to manage online presence and patient engagement.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market surveys to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Track referral patterns and prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Provide feedback to management on market demands and service improvement areas.
  • Follow up with referring doctors for feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in diagnostic centres, imaging centres, or hospitals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (especially oncology and radiology) will be an advantage.
  • Basic computer knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Direct marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Malayalm,English,Tamil (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (Preferred)

Location:

  • Trivandrum, Kerala (Preferred)
