Project Manager – AI-Enabled Digital Health & Millets Nutrition
Role Overview
The Project Manager will lead the design, execution, and delivery of innovative, AI-powered digital health programs centered on anti-aging, disease reversal, and longevity. These programs uniquely integrate millet-based nutrition to enhance gut health and overall wellness. The Project Manager will serve as the operational lead for cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring timely, compliant, and impactful program launches across direct-to-consumer, tele health, and nutrition product delivery channels.

Primary Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and oversee digital health projects integrating AI technologies with personalized nutrition, preventive healthcare, and lifestyle transformation.
- Digital Development: Own the lifecycle of new health-tech features (AI risk scoring, patient dashboards, mobile apps, health assessments) and millet-based nutrition product rollouts.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align deliverables across clinical, nutrition, technology, regulatory, and business teams to meet quality and compliance standards in India and globally.
- Operations Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, procurement, resources, and vendor relationships in both technology and nutrition supply chains.
- Data & KPIs: Track adoption rates, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency using AI-powered dashboards, and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Compliance: Oversee regulatory documentation, data privacy protocols, and quality assurance for digital health and nutraceutical solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Support optimization of patient and customer journeys across digital platforms, telehealth touchpoints, community outreach, and feedback loops.
- Capacity Building: Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams (doctors, nutritionists, engineers) and external stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and leverage AI-driven predictive tools for continuous improvement in patient safety and project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Nutrition, Technology Management, or related field (MBA/MPH preferred).
- 3 years’ experience managing digital health, nutraceutical, or AI/technology-enabled projects in healthcare or consumer health sectors.
- Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian and global healthcare regulatory and data privacy standards (e.g., NABH, HIPAA, CDSCO).
- Experience launching or scaling multi-disciplinary platforms in health, wellness, or nutrition (experience with millet or plant-based nutrition a plus).

- Problem Solving: Data-driven, analytical mindset with experience applying AI-enabled risk tracking and continuous improvement methods.
- Customer Focus: Experience building customer-centric engagement strategies in digital health, wellness, or nutrition.
Desired Experience
- Launching and scaling digital health/nutrition apps, telemedicine platforms, or lifestyle SaaS solutions.
- Collaborating with doctors, nutritionists, researchers, food technologists, and digital marketing teams.
- Managing millet, plant-based, or functional food/nutraceutical supply chains.
- Navigating regulatory approvals, quality assurance, and clinical validation processes.
- Delivering direct-to-consumer product launches in India or other emerging markets.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
Reporting & Accountability
- Reports directly to the Founders and works closely with senior leadership on project prioritization, risk management, and strategy.
- Performance will be measured by project delivery, regulatory compliance, adoption metrics, and health outcomes achieved.
