Project Manager

Role Overview: As a project manager, your primary role will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet the desired outcomes. You will serve as the main point of contact for all project-related organization and timelines. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and successfully delivering projects within the set budget and scope. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution. - Ensure timely delivery of all projects within scope and budget. - Develop project scopes and objectives, engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. - Manage resource availability and allocation effectively. - Create and maintain a detailed project plan to monitor progress. - Utilize appropriate verification techniques to handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. - Evaluate project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques. - Provide timely reporting and escalate issues to management when necessary. - Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Conduct risk management activities to mitigate project risks. - Establish and nurture relationships with third-party vendors. - Generate and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Qualification Required: - A minimum of 4+ years of relevant project management experience in an IT Services Company is mandatory. - Strong technical background, including practical knowledge or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. - Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills. - Proficient written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a collaborative team player attitude. - Solid organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and adept at multitasking.
