Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage entire accounts department (sales, purchase, billing, journal, payroll, etc.). Ensure timely finalization of accounts , trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet. Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance . Monitor accounts receivable & payable , follow up for payments. Handle bank reconciliation, vendor & customer ledger reconciliation . Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and budgets . Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management for compliance. Guide and supervise junior accounts staff. Skills Required Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Income Tax, GST . Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / SAP / Oracle / MS Excel . Leadership & team-handling skills.
