Amic Forging Ltd. is a trusted name in the steel forging industry, producing high-quality forged components for critical applications. With advanced facilities and a strong focus on precision engineering, we are seeking a Quality Engineering Head to lead our quality excellence journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Head the Quality Engineering Department and ensure robust QA/QC processes across all operations.
• Establish and implement quality systems as per ISO / IATF / BIS standards.
• Oversee quality planning for new product development, PPAP, APQP, and customer approvals.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Lead metallurgical and mechanical testing, forging inspection, and heat treatment quality control.
• Coordinate with design, production, and client teams for quality validation and approvals.
• Handle customer complaints, audits, and third-party inspections.
• Train, mentor, and guide the quality engineering team.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgy (preferred).
• 12–18 years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering within steel forging / heavy engineering.
• Strong knowledge of forging process, heat treatment, NDT, and metallurgical standards.
• Hands-on experience with SPC, FMEA, MSA, Six Sigma tools will be an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹2.00 per year
