Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of projects across our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent organisational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and productivity.
• Gather project requirements by liaising with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Utilise project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or Smartsheet to develop schedules, track progress, and report on project status.
• Manage project budgets and control costs through meticulous financial oversight.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders at all levels via presentations, reports, and meetings using tools like Visio or SharePoint.
• Apply various project management methodologies including Waterfall, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), or customised approaches based on project needs.
• Coordinate with product management teams on product development timelines and content management systems.
• Ensure compliance with organisational standards by leveraging systems such as Workday, Confluence, ServiceNow, or Salesforce for documentation and workflow management.
• Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making processes and optimise project outcomes.
• Maintain organised documentation in SharePoint or similar platforms for easy access and version control.

Skills

• Proven supervising experience with a track record of managing diverse teams effectively.
• Strong leadership qualities coupled with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and liaise with stakeholders.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, scope definition, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in a range of project management tools including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent software.
• Advanced organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Experience in root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Workday or SAP is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management frameworks like SAFe or Waterfall methodologies.
• Data analysis skills using SAS or similar tools to support strategic decision-making.
• Strong presentation skills for reporting progress and influencing stakeholders effectively.
• Understanding of product management principles and content management systems such as SharePoint or Confluence. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,944.28 - ₹50,000.65 per month

Work Location: In person
