About the Role


We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to build intelligent, data-driven enterprise SaaS products. In this role, you will define, develop, and deliver solutions that help businesses unlock insights and drive better decisions using AI-powered analytics. If you have a passion for solving complex problems, working with cutting-edge technology, and scaling innovative products, this is the role for you.


Responsibilities


  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Drive the development of AI/GenAI-powered analytics solutions, identifying customer needs and market opportunities. Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and designers to translate business requirements into clear product specifications.


Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience as a product manager within the sourcing and procurement domain, with a proven track record of translating customer feedback into actionable product backlog items across various areas, including Case Management, Procurement and Shopping Hub, Sourcing Operations, and Integration and Workflow.
  • Expertise includes performing in-depth analytics on customer evidence backlogs, which involves with supply chain optimization solving, User Segmentation Analysis by behavior, demographics, and other criteria.
  • Can have experience on day to day for potential impact of incoming evidence and requests on key metrics such as user engagement, retention, conversion rates, and revenue. This ensures prioritization of initiatives that will have the greatest positive impact on product performance.
  • Experience of identifying patterns and trends in user feedback, support tickets, and usage data to understand recurring issues and emerging needs.
  • Experience in evaluating competitors' products and features to identify gaps or opportunities for differentiation, aligning priorities with the product's competitive positioning and strategic goals.
  • Experience developing workflow and playbook roadmaps and strategies for Sourcing and Procurement operations. Collaborate with other Product Managers, Sales teams, customers, and stakeholders to understand problem statements and use cases.


Required Skills

• Experience in product management within the sourcing and procurement domain

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.


Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI/GenAI technologies.

• Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
