Key Responsibilities: 1. Equipment Maintenance Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production and packaging machinery. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation-related faults and repair promptly. Maintain records of maintenance activities, spares usage, and equipment history. Support the installation and commissioning of new machines or line modifications. 2. Utilities & Facility Management Operate and maintain utility systems such as boilers, compressors, chillers, HVAC, water treatment plants , and electrical panels . Ensure continuous supply of utilities (air, water, power, steam) with minimal interruptions. Monitor and record energy consumption to support cost-control initiatives. 3. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules as per the maintenance calendar. Inspect equipment regularly for wear, leaks, vibration, or abnormal sounds. Implement 5S, Kaizen, and TPM practices to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. 4. Spare Parts & Inventory Identify critical spare parts and ensure adequate stock levels.
