About the Role

Tekdi Technologies is looking for a driven and execution-focused Presales Executive to join our Growth Team. This role sits at the intersection of business growth, technology, marketing, and client success, playing a critical part in identifying, shaping, and converting new business opportunities.

This is not a traditional role—we are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, takes ownership, and gets things done. You will work closely with leadership, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support Tekdi’s strategic growth initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Opportunity Generation

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through digital channels such as email marketing, digital campaigns, outbound initiatives, and targeted outreach to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
  • Support strategic growth initiatives by identifying collaboration and partnership opportunities aligned with Tekdi’s business goals.

Bid Management & Proposal Development

  • Identify relevant RFP, RFI, and RFQ opportunities across platforms.
  • Own the end-to-end bid management process, including requirement analysis, proposal structuring, content creation, and submission.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical teams, leadership, delivery teams) to craft competitive and winning proposals.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

  • Identify high-value target accounts and decision-makers.
  • Build and nurture relationships to drive account expansion, revenue growth, and improved pipeline quality.
  • Support long-term engagement strategies for key enterprise accounts.

Pre-sales Consulting & Solution Support

  • Assist in pre-sales consulting activities, including understanding client requirements and mapping them to Tekdi’s offerings.
  • Support product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and marketing collateral creation to communicate value effectively.
  • Coordinate with technical and solution teams to design and present customized solutions aligned with client needs.

GTM Strategy Design & Execution

  • Contribute to the design and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies aligned with company goals and target markets.
  • Support positioning, messaging, and campaign execution for new offerings and solutions.

Pipeline & Client Management

  • Maintain an active and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking all stages from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Engage with prospects and clients to understand business challenges and propose relevant solutions.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients/prospects and internal teams to ensure alignment and timely responses.

Market, Product & Competitor Research

  • Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitors, and market needs to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Analyze customer pain points, market demand, and product fit to refine value propositions and messaging.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing business and client insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, People, Delivery, and Technical teams to ensure adherence to business processes and smooth execution.
  • Support internal alignment for pricing, contracts, compliance, and delivery readiness.

Events, Workshops & Networking

  • Support and organize virtual events, webinars, and workshops.
  • Represent Tekdi Technologies at regional and national events, conferences, and networking forums to engage prospects and industry peers.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and share regular reports on sales activities, pipeline health, performance metrics, and forecasts.
  • Present insights and updates to the Leadership Team and Business Unit Heads.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Execution, Pre-sales, Strategic Planning, Implementation, or Growth roles, preferably in software services or product development organizations.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently handle first-time, ambiguous assignments.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
