We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant with strong expertise in IT sales and enterprise solutions to join our team and drive growth in the Middle East market.

Role Overview

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end pre-sales cycle — from generating and qualifying leads, conducting requirement gathering, performing feasibility analysis, building proposals, to following up and ensuring successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads using marketing tools, networks, and outreach strategies.
  • Connect with prospects and build relationships to understand their needs.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and perform feasibility analysis for proposed solutions.
  • Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and solution documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design the right solutions for client requirements.
  • Drive follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of enterprise software and digital transformation trends in the Middle East market.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT sales / pre-sales for enterprise solutions and IT-related services.
  • Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as Odoo, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar solutions.
  • Experience in digital transformation and enterprise software implementation services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and a people-first approach.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Based in Bangalore with flexibility for a hybrid working model.
  • Experience with the Middle East market is a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹333,524.91 - ₹1,044,044.40 per year
