This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, email marketing, and digital marketing.

Role Overview:

As a Social Media & Content Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms. You will also be involved in developing and executing email marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement strategies that enhance our digital presence, engage our audience, and contribute to our overall marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and original content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Campaign Development: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns that align with our brand’s objectives and marketing goals.
• Email Marketing: Develop, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms. Create engaging email content and templates, manage subscriber lists, and analyze campaign performance.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media posts, campaigns, and email marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Community Engagement: Engage with followers and influencers to build a strong online community and enhance brand loyalty.
• Content Writing: Write blog posts, articles, newsletters, and other content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing strategies.
• Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, as well as email marketing trends, and incorporate them into our strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content is consistent with brand messaging and aesthetics.

Required Skills:

• Creativity: Strong creative writing and content creation skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to various platforms.
• Social Media Expertise: Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Email Marketing Skills: Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms. Ability to design and execute email campaigns effectively.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of social media and email marketing analytics, and the ability to interpret data to improve content strategies.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using content management systems, social media scheduling tools, and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva).
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative when needed.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and tools in social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Previous experience or internships in social media management, content writing, email marketing, or digital marketing is a plus.
• A strong portfolio of social media content, email campaigns, and writing samples is preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
