Role Overview

We are seeking a MERN Full Stack Developer who is proficient in Node.js, React, Express, and MongoDB, with added expertise in Golang and cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and building high-performance backend systems, intuitive frontend interfaces, and deploying full-stack applications in cloud-native environments. This is a critical role demanding a balance of technical depth, problem-solving capability, and collaborative team spirit.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code in Node.js, React, Express, and MongoDB.
• Work on modern frontend frameworks including Next.js to improve performance and SEO.
• Design and implement microservices and backend components using Golang and Node.js.
• Integrate and deploy applications using AWS, GCP, and container technologies such as Docker.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud automation.
• Contribute to system design discussions and architecture planning.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.
• Work in an Agile environment, following best practices and delivery methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Solid knowledge of Next.js for server-side rendering and performance optimization.
• Practical experience with Golang for backend services and APIs.
• Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot for backend system integration is a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting or data-driven components.
• Proficient in using AWS and GCP services for application deployment and infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps workflows.
• Sound understanding of system design, RESTful APIs, caching strategies, and scalable architecture.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in building enterprise-grade applications or SaaS platforms.
• Exposure to microservices, message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), or event-driven architecture.
• Understanding of security best practices and performance optimization.
• Experience working in a product-based or startup environment is an advantage.

Work Model

• Location: Bangalore – Onsite preferred. Hybrid flexibility available based on performance and project needs.
• Candidates must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.

Compensation

• ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum based on experience, technical depth, and performance during the interview process.
