Social Media Manager Intern

Rewards Sphere is building 2 to 3 AI-powered UGC Instagram pages and I need someone who lives and breathes Instagram growth. Your main job is growth, engagement, tracking, and being plugged into the niche every single day. You will work directly with me, the founder. There is no marketing team. It is just the two of us figuring everything out and moving fast. If you want real ownership, this is the role.

Your Role

Your number one responsibility is to manage and grow the Instagram accounts every single day.

• Spend at least 30 minutes of focused engagement per account through DMs, comments, replies, story reactions, and niche interaction

• Track performance daily in Google Sheets with detailed metrics on hooks, retention, saves, shares, reach, and trend alignment

• Analyse what works and what does not, then propose and run experiments

• Test different scripts, hooks, layouts, formats, and posting strategies

• Keep the accounts visible and active in the community

• Communicate with me every day and join weekly meetings

• Maintain a posting pipeline of at least 15 posts per week across all accounts

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to improve efficiency and ideas

Content creation may happen at times but it is secondary. Your real job is account management, growth, engagement, and execution.

Non Negotiables

This role requires high agency. You must take ownership, communicate quickly, and move with speed every day.

Requirements

• Basic experience growing an Instagram page

• Fluent in Hindi

• Comfortable learning AI tools quickly

• Ability to track data with precision in Google Sheets and update it daily

• Solid understanding of how Instagram engagement works

Role Details

• Location: Anywhere in India (remote)

• Time: 15 hours per week

• Pay: ₹20,000 per month

• Internship

• Daily communication and weekly check ins

• Immediate start

• Hiring closes in 7 days

• After 30 days you either join full time or we part ways
