Job Title: IT Telecaller cum Sales Executive Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Position Type: Full-Time Company: Web Idea Solution LLP Job Description: Responsibilities: Tele calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and leads from provided lists. Provide detailed information about our IT products and services. Answer client queries and resolve issues related to our offerings. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. Sales: Promote and sell IT solutions and services to potential clients. Achieve or exceed sales targets and goals set by the management. Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities. Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing clients. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Reporting: Track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and telecalling activities. Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer needs. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and improve sales processes. Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field; a degree in IT or related fields is a plus. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling and sales, preferably in the IT industry. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with IT products and services is advantageous.
