• Develop, manage, and scale a strong performance marketing roadmap.
• Build integrated campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and remarketing platforms.
• Execute targeted prospecting and retargeting strategies to drive high-quality real estate leads.
• Allocate and optimize budgets across paid channels to drive maximum ROI and CPL efficiency.
• Track and report campaign performance against key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, CVR, ROAS.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and tweak campaigns to hit performance KPIs.
• Identify new paid channels, placements, audience segments, and creative experiments.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, copies, and targeting strategies.
• Work closely with the management, design, and sales teams to ensure funnel consistency.
• Share funnel performance insights and suggestions for CRO (conversion rate optimization).
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable takeaways for leadership.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (real estate or lead-gen based platforms preferred).
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads Suite (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Knowledge of lead tracking tools (Google Analytics, UTM, CRM integrations like Zoho, LeadSquared, HubSpot).
• Strong analytical skills; you live in dashboards and know your way around data.
• Ability to balance strategy with execution plan, run, optimize, repeat.
• Experience with landing page CRO and working with dev/design teams on ad-to-asset journeys.
Experience in real estate-specific funnels (pre-launch, site visit, booking)
Knowledge of programmatic platforms or affiliate performance models
Experience with automation tools (Zapier, CRM triggers, webhooks)
Familiarity with SEO basics and owned media performance
