Are you a dynamic and client-focused Senior Account Executive with 2-3 years of experience in account management? We're looking for a proactive individual to join our Account Management team in Mumbai and be the bridge between our clients and our creative execution.


What You'll Do:

As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be a vital link in our client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Partnership: Develop an in-depth understanding of your clients 'businesses, providing timely resolution to their feedback and escalations.
  • Brief Decoding: Receive and decode client briefs with the team, translating their needs into actionable plans.
  • Effective Communication: Lead regular feedback calls and daily communication with clients, providing updates, gathering insights, and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate information dissemination to functional teams and coordinate with them for the complete delivery of client work.
  • Strategic Contribution: Brainstorm with relevant teams for client pitches and brief execution, ensuring accurate referencing and industry benchmarking.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Collate data for and create comprehensive social media and brand analysis reports.
  • Financial Oversight: Proactively follow up with clients for due payments and maintain financial trackers.
  • Presentation Power: Create and compile impactful presentations for client meetings, internal management, and case studies.
  • Competitive Edge: Conduct competitor analysis to identify process improvements and new potential offerings.


What You Bring:

We're seeking a highly organized and communicative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience: 2-3 years of working in agency environment, with a strong preference for prior experience in Client Servicing and Account Management.
  • Client Centricity: A deep understanding of client needs and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively sell ideas and positively respond to feedback.
  • Organizational Prowess: A keen eye for detail, the ability to tactfully prioritize tasks across multiple brands, and a proven track record of delivering quality work within deadlines.
  • Platform Savvy: A broad understanding or working knowledge across various service lines, along with competency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Resilience: Proven experience working effectively under pressure and multitasking, as this role demands comfort with a dynamic environment.
  • Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in any specialization.
