We’re looking for a go-getter with a sharp mind and sharper pitch. As a Business Development

Executive, you'll be the growth engine, building relationships, cracking new accounts, and opening doors

for big ideas.


Major Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify & connect with potential clients across industries

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Understand client needs and pitch tailored creative solutions

Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital) for proposal development

Manage end-to-end BD cycle - from cold leads to signed contracts

Keep up with market trends and competition


Who are we looking for?

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Hunger to grow, hustle to close

Ability to think creatively & understand marketing solutions

Familiarity with branding, digital, ATL/BTL services

CRM proficiency is a bonus


Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B sales or working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Knowledge of advertising/digital marketing agency

Ability to handle objections and work towards solutions under pressure.
