Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at PropEdge Realty, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our real estate business by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and closing property deals. You will help expand our client base and promote our portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Requirements:

Prior experience in real estate sales or business development is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with market trends & documentation.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to travel locally for client meetings & site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate/qualify leads via cold calls, networking, referrals, online platforms.
Understand client needs & propose suitable properties.
Conduct presentations & site visits.
Build/maintain relationships with clients & agents.
Negotiate terms & close deals professionally.
Collaborate on marketing campaigns to drive inquiries.
Maintain CRM with accurate lead/client data.
Stay updated on local property prices & competitors.
Meet/exceed monthly sales targets & KPIs.
