Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales or business development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
Understand client needs and propose suitable properties.
Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase properties.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and agents.
Negotiate terms and close deals professionally.
Collaborate on marketing campaigns to drive inquiries.

Job Requirements

Prior experience in real estate sales or business development is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
