Role OverviewMeta Ads Strategy & Execution Own and execute Mookaa’s Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad strategy end-to-end Launch and scale campaigns across TOF, MOF, and BOF (prospecting, retargeting, retention) Build and optimize audiences using pixel data, lookalikes, and first-party data A/B test creatives, copy, and landing pages to drive incremental improvements Maintain strict adherence to 5x+ ROAS targets and daily/weekly KPIs Campaign Management & Optimization Monitor daily spend, performance, and attribution in Meta Ads Manager Identify underperforming ad sets quickly and scale high-performers efficiently Build and maintain performance dashboards (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, LTV) Use tools like Google Analytics and Triple Whale (or similar) to assess cross-platform impact Budget Ownership Manage and allocate monthly paid media budget effectively, focusing on ROAS Forecast spend vs. revenue and adjust plans dynamically based on performance trends Creative Collaboration Work closely with design and content teams to brief high-performing creatives Analyze ad creative fatigue and rotate assets accordingly Identify creative trends from top competitors and fast-moving fashion brands What We’re Looking For 4–5+ years of hands-on experience running and scaling Meta Ads with 5x+ ROAS targets Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, customer journeys, and purchase behavior in fashion/lifestyle categories Proven success managing 5–6 figure monthly budgets profitably Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, and post-purchase attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam, Rockerbox) Exceptional analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills Proactive, results-oriented, and always testing/learning Creative intuition and understanding of visual trends that convert in fashion Perks & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses Generous employee discount Opportunity to grow with a breakout fashion brand Creative, fast-paced, high-ownership work culture Job Type: Full-time Experience: Performance marketing: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
