Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will develop and execute Mookaa’s social media strategy across all platforms. This person will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving engagement, and creating content that reflects Mookaa’s identity and resonates with our fashion-forward audience.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Management

  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories, captions) across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with Mookaa’s brand aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and creative teams to produce monthly content.

Strategy & Growth

  • Develop platform-specific strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor social media trends, cultural moments, and competitor activities relevant to the fashion industry.
  • Implement data-driven improvements to optimize performance.

Community Engagement

  • Manage daily interactions including comments, DMs, customer feedback, and influencer tags.
  • Cultivate a positive and interactive community centered around the Mookaa lifestyle.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, stylists, and brand ambassadors.

Campaign Management

  • Lead social media campaigns for new collection launches, collaborations, drops, and events.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
  • Oversee paid social campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and follower growth.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Adjust content strategy based on performance analytics.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a fashion or lifestyle brand.
  • Strong eye for design, fashion trends, and visual storytelling.
  • Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
