Role Overview

The Brand Strategist at Mookaa Fashions will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our market presence, strengthen customer loyalty, and differentiate Mookaa in a competitive fashion landscape. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, digital, and fashion teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with Mookaa Fashions’ vision, mission, and business goals.
• Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Define brand positioning, voice, and messaging for campaigns and product lines.
• Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across social media, advertising, packaging, website, and retail experiences.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics (awareness, engagement, perception, conversion).
• Partner with product development teams to ensure new collections align with brand identity and consumer trends.
• Manage and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent use across all departments and channels.
• Support influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and PR initiatives.
• Present insights and strategy recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Fashion Communication, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related roles (fashion industry experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and digital culture.
• Proven experience in developing brand strategies that drive measurable growth.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making and brand performance analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with fashion/luxury/lifestyle brands.
• Knowledge of visual branding, campaign development, and creative direction.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Brandwatch, or other insight platforms.
• Passion for sustainability and innovation in fashion.
