The Telecaller cum Receptionist role combines front-desk responsibilities with active communication over phone calls. This position involves managing reception operations, handling inbound and outbound calls, and supporting administrative tasks. Hands-on experience in tourism, flight and hotel booking, and ticketing will be an added advantage for handling customer requirements effectively. Roles and Responsibilities: Managing front-desk activities, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate departments. Answering incoming calls, taking accurate messages, and forwarding calls professionally. Maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area. Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling daily correspondence. Organizing and maintaining files, documents, and records. Supporting general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and data entry. Making outbound calls to potential or existing customers. Providing information, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues—particularly related to tourism services, flight and hotel bookings , and ticketing. Assisting customers with travel-related queries as required. Skills Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and provide prompt solutions. Practical experience in tourism coordination, flight and hotel booking, and ticketing is highly desirable. Qualifications / Experience / Skill Sets: Any Degree/Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Oral proficiency in both English and Tamil is mandatory. Must be motivated, confident, and open to new ideas. Prior experience in tourism, travel assistance, flight and hotel booking, or ticketing operations will be an added advantage.
