Mesco is more like B2B and Craftyko is D2C Ticket to the Moon is a globally recognized outdoor and travel gear brand from Bali, Indonesia — now expanding across India — known for its original camping hammocks, slacklines, and adventure accessories, all crafted from premium parachute nylon with sustainability at its core. ⸻ Role Overview We’re looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media Marketer to manage, strategize, and grow the digital presence of Mesco, Craftyko and Ticket to the Moon India. The ideal candidate should be able to blend storytelling with strategy, manage multiple social channels, create campaigns that drive engagement, and align all content with each brand’s tone and market positioning. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars for both brands. Plan campaigns aligned with marketing goals, product launches, and seasonal moments. Research and adapt to current trends, audios, and formats for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Content Creation & Management Coordinate photo/video shoots and manage creative briefs with design and production teams. Write engaging captions, taglines, and ad copies tailored to each brand’s audience. Manage posting schedules, ensure visual consistency, and maintain brand aesthetics. Community Management Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and build brand community interactions. Collaborate with influencers and partners for barter or paid campaigns. Monitor feedback and report community insights to improve engagement. Advertising & Analytics Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook) Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CPC, conversions) and prepare monthly reports. Suggest data-driven improvements for campaign optimization. ⸻ Requirements 6 Months – 3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Reels trends. Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English. Ability to work with creative and cross-functional teams (design, photo/video, product). Basic knowledge of paid ads and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
