We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer to develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creative campaign development, performance analysis, and the use of modern social media tools and trends.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Ad Campaign Development
* Conceptualize and execute innovative ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Create engaging content formats including videos, reels, carousels, stories, and interactive posts.
* A/B test creatives, captions, and formats to optimize performance and conversions.
2. Lead Generation
* Plan and run targeted campaigns to drive high-quality leads for clients from diverse industries.
* Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and funnels to maximize lead conversion rates.
* Track and improve cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
3. Audience Targeting
* Identify target audience segments using platform analytics, competitor analysis, and market trends.
* Build custom and lookalike audiences for precision targeting.
* Use retargeting strategies to nurture warm leads and improve conversion.
4. Strategy Creation
* Understand client goals and create tailored social media strategies.
* Prepare monthly content calendars, ad plans, and campaign structures.
* Align strategies with overall brand messaging and client KPIs.
5. Social Media Trend Utilization
* Leverage trending audio, viral formats, and culture-driven content.
* Experiment with short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) for higher reach.
6. AI-Powered Content & Automation
* Use AI tools for content ideas, copywriting, visual design, ad optimization, and sentiment analysis.
* Implement automated chatbots for social media lead capture and engagement.
7. Influencer & Creator Collaborations
* Identify and collaborate with relevant micro and macro influencers.
* Run creator-led campaigns to boost brand authenticity and reach.
8. Data Analytics & Performance Tracking
* Track KPIs such as reach, engagement rate, CTR, leads, conversions, and ROI.
* Prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports with insights and improvements.
9. Social Commerce Integration
* Utilize platform shopping features (Instagram Shop, Facebook Marketplace, TikTok Shop).
* Manage catalog ads and product-tagged posts.
10. Community Management
* Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
* Build online communities and maintain positive brand reputation.
11. Cross-Platform Growth
* Manage presence across multiple channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, Pinterest).
* Optimize content for each platform’s algorithm and audience behavior.
Qualifications
Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
Strong understanding of ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
Excellent creativity, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to stay updated with the latest SMM trends and technologies.
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
