HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage daily HR operations, ensure smooth employee lifecycle management, and support organizational growth. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and supporting HR policies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Manage onboarding formalities including documentation, induction, and orientation programs.

• Employee Relations & Engagement
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns.
• Assist in implementing employee engagement activities and team-building programs.
• Support in maintaining a positive work environment.

• HR Operations & Compliance
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.

• Performance & Development
• Support performance appraisal processes.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Track employee progress and maintain training records.

• General Administration
• Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, etc.).
• Handle exit formalities including clearance and feedback sessions.
• Generate HR-related reports for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR operations or executive-level HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
