On The Job Qualifications & Skills Required Proven experience (at least 1–2 years preferred) managing theater, cinema, or similar entertainment venue. Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with staff, patrons, and production partners. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Knowledge or familiarity with local theatre or cinema audience preferences is an advantage.
