HR Executive
Role & Responsibilities
  • Good knowledge about salary process, PF, PT, ESIC, etc.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support performance management initiatives such as goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback processes.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Generate reports and maintain HR metrics to support strategic planning.
  • Coordinate with Supervisor for audits, day-to-day work, OTs, and manage employees.
