Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SEO Executive with a strong background in the fashion and lifestyle domain. The ideal candidate will manage on-page and off-page SEO, optimize content for search engines, and improve the overall digital footprint of the brand. You will work closely with the content, marketing, and e-commerce teams to drive measurable results.

Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Page SEO

• Conduct keyword research tailored to fashion products and seasonal trends.
• Optimize category pages, product descriptions, landing pages, and blog content.
• Ensure SEO-friendly URL structures, schema markup, and internal linking practices.
• Improve website performance, page speed, and mobile responsiveness.

Off-Page SEO

• Build and manage high-quality backlinks through outreach, influencer collaborations, and fashion-related platforms.
• Optimize brand listings, online directories, and fashion marketplaces.
• Monitor and strengthen domain authority and link profile.

Technical SEO

• Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix crawl issues, indexing problems, broken links, and duplicate content.
• Implement structured data relevant to fashion products.
• Coordinate with developers for site enhancements and technical improvements.

Content & Analytics

• Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-optimized blogs, lookbooks, and trend-based articles.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
• Prepare monthly SEO reports highlighting growth, insights, and strategy improvements.

E-Commerce SEO

• Optimize product listings, image alt texts, and metadata for fashion keywords.
• Monitor competitor strategies in the fashion space.
• Improve organic conversions and SEO for seasonal campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of SEO experience, preferably in the fashion/e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar).
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and create strategic implementations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of fashion trends, product categories, and seasonal search behavior.
• Experience with social media SEO and content synergy.
• Knowledge of image optimization and fashion catalogue SEO.
