Role Purpose: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the development and successfulimplementation of a strategic plan to ensure achievement of lead targets assigned under each vertical/campusof the CMR Group of Institutions.The primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to:1. Events- Plan, coordinate between primary stakeholders (campuses and external partners) and executeall off-campus and on-campus events and conferences related to lead generation.2. BTL Activations- To oversee and maintain continuous dialogue and feedback between our partnersresponsible for pre-allocated lead targets and all the campuses, Head Office.3. Partnerships- Identify key partners that can aid lead generation (particularly for our newverticals/campuses) and target optimum, consistent interaction with the identified target audience with anaim of achieving high conversion rates.4. Quality Check- Regular audit and review of all incoming leads to strategize initiatives that worked best(particularly from a financial standpoint) and create regular reports for the management to take the rightmarketing and/or business development decisions.5. Data Management- Implement and manage a system of regular forecasting of all incoming leads(organic and paid) via dashboards set on G Suite. Maintain the lead database to ensure the marketingteam can implement relevant campaigns and conduct regular analysis for aiding all efforts.6. Marketing Operations- which includes vendor management, negotiation with all external partners andvendors to the lowest quotations, maintaining the budget and expense tracker with the aim of minimizingthe CAC.This is a crucial leadership role and will report to the Head, Admissions and Marketing Communications at EkyaSchools and CMR K-12. The role will involve bridging independent campuses with the Head Office and ourexternal vendors/partners.The manager will be working alongside the marketing and admissions verticals. S/he will inspire, motivate, andguide everyone who contributes to the marketing and admissions functions and will provide training andmentoring as necessary.This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of the schools strategic focus and will be responsible forproviding strategic planning and leadership in each of the areas mentioned above.
