Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that position AsInt as a leader and visionary in physical asset management, mechanical integrity, reliability and safety solutions. You will collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to build and execute campaigns, strengthen brand visibility, and generate qualified leads across global markets.

This is a strategic yet hands-on role that blends creativity with analytical rigor. You will oversee content marketing, digital channels, events, and partner marketing while ensuring alignment with AsInt’s overall business goals and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Brand Management Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets.

Position AsInt as a trusted thought leader across industries like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Metals & Mining, Utilities, and Pulp & Paper.

Lead brand strategy initiatives, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.

Build and maintain strong value-driven messaging for our solutions portfolio.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Demand Generation
Plan and execute ABM campaigns targeting enterprise clients, decision-makers, and influencers.

Partner with Sales to align marketing initiatives with pipeline-building and account penetration strategies.

Create persona-based campaigns that address pain points and highlight AsInt’s value proposition. Implement lead scoring, nurturing, and tracking mechanisms to optimize conversion.

Digital & LinkedIn Marketing
Drive AsInt’s digital marketing presence with a strong focus on LinkedIn campaigns, SEO, SEM, and retargeting.

Build a steady pipeline of engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, webinars).

Leverage analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize for ROI. Manage paid campaigns and organic growth strategies across LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop blogs, case studies, presentations, and product marketing material and collateral Ensuring content aligns with SEO and branding guidelines.

Campaign Execution & Events
Lead marketing for webinars, conferences, exhibitions, and partner events. Develop compelling sales enablement material (presentations, one-pagers, battle cards). Collaborate with Product and BD teams to create thought-leadership content. Coordinate PR and media outreach to expand AsInt’s visibility. Manage and lead end-to-end event marketing for global conferences, webinars, partner events, exhibitions and AsInt-led events.

Analytics, Tools & Reporting Track, measure, and report on marketing performance (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution). Manage marketing automation and CRM integration for seamless lead management. Provide regular dashboards and insights to leadership on campaign impact. Track and report campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, leads)

Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience: 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, product organization or industrial technology.

ABM Expertise: Proven experience in executing account-based marketing programs.

Digital Skills:

Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing, SEO, SEM, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar). Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of positioning, messaging, and brand strategy. Content Development: Ability to craft compelling, technical-yet-accessible narratives. Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.).

Collaboration: Strong cross-functional skills to work with Product, Sales, and external partners. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, creativity, self-starter and leadership qualities.
