Marketing Manager

We at Panchshil, are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of real estate, architecture, and brand design to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will translate design strategy into impactful visual communication across all asset classes residential, commercial, hospitality, and corporate. From signages and wayfinding systems to environmental graphics, presentations, and client-facing collaterals, this role demands creativity, precision, and a deep sense of spatial design aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design signage systems, wayfinding graphics, and environmental branding for ongoing and upcoming developments.
• Create presentations, brochures, and client-facing decks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with the marketing, architecture, and project teams to develop cohesive brand narratives across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Develop visual identities and creative guidelines for new projects and ensure brand consistency across all mediums.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, and fabrication teams for production accuracy and material selections.
• Support any creative and design-related requirements, including digital campaigns, event branding, social media creatives, and internal communication design.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies relevant to real estate and environmental design.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts.
• 5–8 years of professional experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, or hospitality design environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); knowledge of CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, or SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, material application, and environmental scale graphics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail and timelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualities:

• Passion for design and storytelling through visuals.
• Experience designing on-site signages, faade graphics, and real estate marketing collaterals.
• A good aesthetic sense for luxury, minimalism, and brand-driven design.
