Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Management

• Drive student enrollments for all courses through direct and indirect channels.
• Manage lead pipeline via CRM tools – follow-up, convert, and maintain student relations.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions and walk-in interactions to close admissions.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Plan and execute result-oriented marketing campaigns (online + offline).
• Promote batches, scholarship tests, and events through creative strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

Digital Marketing

• Run and manage paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram).
• Coordinate with content team for reels, posters, and course promotions.
• Analyze ad reach, student behavior, and feedback for content optimization.

Offline Promotions & Branding

• Supervise poster/flex distribution, college/school visits, and tie-ups with tuition centers.
• Organize events, seminars, and outdoor campaigns to build local awareness.

Team Handling & Reporting

• Lead a team of tele-callers, field executives, and designers.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and marketing ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in EdTech/Education Sales & Marketing (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, Meta Ads Manager, and Canva.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and a team leader.

Note: Food & Lodging will be provided by the institute

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
