Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to inform marketing decisions
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, digital advertising, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative) to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Measure and report on marketing performance, analyzing metrics to inform future campaigns
Requirements:- 2 to 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, trends, and best practices
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms
- Proven track record of driving results and measuring campaign effectiveness
