Marketing Freelance - JD
Strategy & FoundationRole Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Freelancer to support execution of marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role is ideal for a self-managed professional who can independently execute campaigns, optimize performance, and deliver measurable outcomes within defined timelines.

If you are hands-on, data-oriented, and comfortable working with fast-growing health-tech brands — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Performance Marketing

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, CAC, and ROI
  • Support landing pages, funnels, and user journeys for performance improvement

Content & Brand SupportExecute brand-aligned communication across ads, landing pages, and campaigns

  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, or internal teams for creative execution
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, conversions, ROI)
  • Share regular performance reports and actionable insights
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns

Collaboration & Execution Support

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, leadership)
  • Support short-term marketing initiatives, launches, and experiments
  • Execute tasks independently with minimal supervision

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in digital and performance marketing
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic SEO
  • Ability to execute campaigns end-to-end, not just plan them
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in analyzing performance metrics
  • Strong communication, time management, and ownership mindset

Good to Have (Plus Points!)

  • Experience with healthcare, health-tech, or wellness brands
  • Exposure to CRM tools, lead funnels, or marketing automation
  • Understanding of patient journeys and trust-led marketing
  • Experience working with startups or fast-paced teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Compensation

  • Project-based or monthly retainer
  • Compensation will be aligned with experience, scope, and deliverables
