● You will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure that customer service is provided to its best quality. ● Assist in the development and Implementation of Operational procedures and Standards.. ● Monitor daily Operations and addresses any issues that arise to ensure smooth functioning.. ● Analyse operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies and areas for improvement. ● Prepare reports and Presentations for management on operational Performance.. ● Work closely with different departments to facilitate communication and coordination. ● Support project management efforts by coordinating resources and schedules.. ● Ensure compliance with company Policies, Procedure and regulatory requirements.. ● Assist in quality control initiatives and conduct regular audits of operations.. ● Address Patient inquiries and resolve issues related to treatment Processes.. ● Collaborate with the patient Service team to enhance the Patient experience. ● Provide ongoing support and development opportunities for team members..
