The Process Associate will support the sales team by managing back-end operations, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth execution of activities. We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Check Executives to oversee daily operations in our event management and rental business. The role involves ensuring that all event setups, rental items, and operational processes meet company quality standards before delivery to clients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily quality checks on event materials, rental items (furniture, décor, lighting, AV equipment, etc.), and vehicles before dispatch. Coordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of defect-free items. Maintain checklists, inspection reports, and quality logs for accountability. Identify defects or damages and ensure corrective action before client handover. Ensure hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards for all rental products. Support team in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Report quality issues to management and suggest improvements. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Diploma/Graduate in any field (Event Management/Logistics preferred). 1–3 years of experience in quality checking, operations, or event management (freshers with good skills may also apply). Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects quickly. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets for reports). The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of all decoration materials, rental items, tools and warehouse equipment. The role ensures that all assets are maintained in working condition, ready for dispatch and compliant with safety and quality standards.
The Process Executive will handle all customer interactions through phone calls. The role involves managing client communication, taking decoration and rental orders, coordinating delivery challans (DC), updating order details, and following up for payments, ensuring smooth end-to-end customer service over the phone. Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Tamil & English (Hindi is a plus). Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp, Email). Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision. Customer-oriented attitude with patience and professionalism.
Operation executive is responsible for accurate tracking of materials, equipment and inventory movement by handling In & Out verification, documentation, and timely ERP data entry to support smooth operational flow and accountability. Key Responsibilities: Monitor In & Out movement of materials / rental items / equipment. Verify quantities against Delivery Challan (DC). Record inward and outward stock in ERP system accurately. Maintain daily log of dispatch and return status. Identify shortages, damages or missing items and report immediately. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and operations team. Skills & Requirements: Good knowledge of Excel and documentation. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
