Job Description

We at Yatribiz is hiring for below position:

Job Role: Operation Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate customer and booking records
Follow up with customers regarding confirmations, Feedback
Coordinate daily vehicle allocations as per bookings and schedules
Manage driver assignments, duty rosters, and trip coordination
Ensure timely vehicle dispatch and pickup
Monitor vehicle condition, cleanliness, and readiness before delivery
Create, modify, and confirm reservations in the booking system
Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails related to car rental bookings
Maintain accurate customer and booking records

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as an Operations Executive, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with ERP software.
Two to four years' experience in logistics, administration, or operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
