Operation Executive

Role Objective

The Operations Executive will oversee and coordinate end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple Nestlé warehouse branches, ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, financial control, and strict adherence to company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities Multi-Branch Operations Management

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations across multiple warehouse locations
• Ensure uniform implementation of Nestlé SOPs and operational standards
• Monitor branch-wise performance, productivity, and compliance
• Support branch teams in resolving operational issues

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

• Plan and monitor inbound & outbound logistics across branches
• Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatches and deliveries
• Optimize vehicle utilization and route planning
• Track delivery performance and resolve delays/escalations

Inventory & Stock Control

• Ensure accurate stock accounting across all locations
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO compliance branch-wise
• Conduct periodic stock audits and variance analysis
• Control damages, expiries, and shortages

Finance & MIS Management

• Review and validate branch-wise billing, invoices, and GRNs
• Track logistics costs, freight expenses, and vendor bills
• Prepare consolidated MIS reports for management
• Coordinate with finance teams for reconciliations and closures

Team Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and branch staff
• Conduct performance reviews and operational reviews
• Report branch-wise operational status to management

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of multi-location warehouse operations
• Sound understanding of logistics, inventory & finance basics
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, ERP/WMS systems
• Analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel across branches

Educational Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or Management
• Certification in Warehouse/Logistics Management preferred

Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG / multi-branch environments
• Experience handling multiple locations is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
