Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and professional Telecaller to join our Samsung Division. This is a non-sales role focused on customer coordination, service follow-ups, data verification, and support. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-friendly attitude. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers for feedback, service updates, and coordination (no sales). Handle inbound customer inquiries related to product services, repairs, and support. Update and maintain customer records in the database accurately. Coordinate with field technicians, service centers, and internal teams. Follow up on pending service calls or complaints and ensure timely resolution. Share relevant information about Samsung product services, warranties, and processes. Maintain call logs and prepare simple reports for daily activity tracking. Key Requirements: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, and CRM usage preferred). Ability to handle customer queries calmly and professionally. Prior experience in a customer support or BPO environment is a plus (not mandatory).
