Job Description

As an experienced and dynamic HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and managing the people strategy to support business growth in the electrical manufacturing industry or a related sector. Your expertise in HR Operations, Generalist Functions, and Recruitment Processes will be instrumental in driving the organization's success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as a Generalist handling various aspects of HR such as employee engagement, grievance management, performance management, and training & development. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction. - Collaborate with leadership and department heads to ensure HR strategies are aligned with organizational goals. - Drive employee retention and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws specific to the manufacturing sector. - Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency. - Analyze HR metrics to provide valuable insights for management decision-making. - Lead efforts in skill development, workforce planning, and succession planning. - Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters. **Key Requirements:** - MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification. - 7-10 years of HR experience, preferably in electrical manufacturing or related industries. - Proficiency in HR operations, recruitment processes, and generalist functions. - Familiarity with HRMS tools and advanced MS Office skills. - Thorough understanding of labor laws, statutory compliances, and industry best practices. - Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and conflict-resolution abilities. - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the capacity to mentor and manage HR teams.
