About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR professional to manage our end-to-end human resource functions. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, compliance, payroll coordination, and active collaboration with the administration team to ensure smooth operations. The candidate should be proactive, approachable, and able to balance both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.


  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.


  • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.


  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.


2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, queries, and grievances.


  • Build a positive and transparent work culture that promotes trust and engagement.


  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and HR events.


  • Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave, and timesheet records.


3. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.


  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESI, minimum wages, POSH, and other statutory requirements.


  • Conduct periodic HR audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.


  • Communicate policy updates and provide training where required.


4. Payroll & Compensation Support

  • Coordinate with accounts/finance team for payroll processing.


  • Maintain accurate employee data for salary, incentives, bonuses, and deductions.


  • Support in CTC structuring, compensation benchmarking, and annual increments.


5. Performance Management & Training

  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and maintain proper documentation.


  • Assist managers in goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.


  • Identify training needs and support in L&D (Learning & Development) initiatives.


6. Exit & Offboarding

  • Manage resignations, exit interviews, and clearance processes.


  • Ensure smooth handover and documentation during employee exits.


  • Gather feedback to improve retention strategies.


7. Admin & Coordination

  • Liaise with the admin team for employee facilities (seating, IT setup, access cards, etc.).


  • Coordinate logistics for travel, events, and office infrastructure needs.


  • Support office discipline, safety, and workplace environment standards.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


  • 2–4 years of experience in HR (generalist profile preferred).


  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and statutory compliance.


  • Experience with HRMS/payroll systems.


  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


  • Strong ethics and ability to handle confidential information.
