Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Gurugram. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and managing HR policies. This role involves facilitating HR processes, maintaining employee records, conducting performance management, and ensuring legal compliance. The HR Generalist will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that foster a positive work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus
