HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding.
• Conduct induction sessions and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

2. Payroll & Compliance

• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Manage benefits, reimbursements, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain payroll and attendance records.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

• Track attendance, leaves, and working hours in HRMS.
• Generate reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

4. HR Operations & Culture

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support HR policy implementation and engagement initiatives.
• Foster a positive, transparent workplace culture.

5. Employee Relations

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Handle grievances with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and payroll.
• Proficiency in Excel and HR tools.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and people-focused.
