About the Job

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage and support our growing team of ~100 employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing core HR functions from employee engagement and payroll to recruitment and compliance along with certain administrative operations that ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.


Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage onboarding and induction for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee exits, full & final settlements, and offboarding formalities.


2. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and communication drives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive workplace environment.
  • Support performance review cycles and feedback processes.


3. Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to fulfill open positions on time.
  • Coordinate with external recruiters and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a great candidate experience.


4. Payroll & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate payroll inputs and timely processing.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and HRIS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory filings (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.), and internal policies.


5. Administration & Office Management

  • Oversee basic administrative functions such as vendor coordination, office supplies, and maintenance.
  • Support facility management, event logistics, and travel coordination as required.
  • Liaise with finance and procurement teams for operational needs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on with HRMS tools, MS Office, and payroll systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
