In a fast-evolving landscape of content and commerce, we're looking for a Product Manager to help lead our mission to deliver impactful and intuitive platform experiences for brands, agencies, and influencers alike. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and bring a deep understanding of how technology can solve the unique challenges of influencer discovery, campaign management, and performance analytics. We're looking for someone who can turn ideas into real user value through well-prioritized roadmaps and seamless cross-functional execution. Objectives of this Role Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap that aligns with Adfluence’s goals of scalability, automation, and user delight. Collaborate with marketing, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure the product serves the evolving needs of brands and content creators . Translate complex market needs into structured product requirements and actionable backlog items. Continuously evaluate and optimize product features to stay ahead in the competitive influencer tech space. Drive agile development processes and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product prioritization sessions with internal stakeholders and developers. Define detailed user stories, epics, and feature specifications focused on influencer marketing campaign workflows, analytics dashboards, and collaboration tools. Identify and prioritize improvements that enhance campaign performance tracking, influencer search algorithms, and platform usability. Monitor product KPIs such as campaign success rates, user engagement, and conversion metrics to drive iterative improvements. Act as the voice of the customer—championing the needs of both brands and influencers across the product lifecycle. Support product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and user onboarding efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Required Skills and Qualifications 3 - 5 years of product management or product ownership experience, ideally in SaaS, martech, or adtech environments. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar. Demonstrated ability to turn qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions that drive measurable impact. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills. Ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field. Experience working with influencer marketing platforms, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS products. Familiarity with creator economy trends, digital campaign lifecycles, and performance marketing metrics is a plus.
