Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their creative requirements.
• Work with internal teams (production, creative, editing) to plan and align photoshoots and video projects.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met as per commitments.
• Coordinate logistics, talent, and resources required for photoshoots and video production.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure projects are executed within agreed timelines while upholding quality standards.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat collaborations.
• Support the leadership team in exploring opportunities to expand the photoshoot & video production services.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, or business development (experience in creative agencies, media, or production houses preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of photoshoot and video production workflows is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
