Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven

Business Development Associate

to manage and grow

school sales

in the PCMC region. The role involves building strong relationships with schools, promoting educational products/services, and achieving sales targets through effective market outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard

schools and educational institutions

in the PCMC area.

Promote and sell academic products such as textbooks, educational solutions.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with

school principals, management, and teachers

Conduct school visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.

Achieve assigned

sales targets and revenue goals

Collect market feedback and share insights with the internal team.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

1-4 years of experience in

school sales, educational publishing, or EdTech sales

preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of the

K-12 education market

Willingness to travel extensively within the PCMC region.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
