Job Objective

To lead the visual execution of high impact e-commerce and quick commerce creatives that drive engagement, increase conversions, and strengthen brand presence. The role demands a designer who merges creativity with strategy ensuring every design is not just aesthetically powerful but also performance led.


Key Responsibilities:

Creative Development

  • Design compelling, conversion-focused assets for e-commerce such as A+ content, PDP images, storefronts, banners, carousel ads, e-com ads, and infographics.
  • Create quick commerce assets for Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and other Q-commerce platforms, optimized for fast decision-making and impulse behavior.
  • Translate marketing briefs into impactful, platform-optimized visual communication.
  • Ensure creatives align with brand identity, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with the content team, design head, and creative director to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Present ideas and design concepts clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute proactively to creative strategy discussions for campaigns.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in graphic design, with strong focus on e-commerce or digital-first brands.
  • Expert command of tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign), Figma, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused, high-performing commercial creatives.
  • Ability to think creatively under pressure while balancing strategic marketing objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
