Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging graphics for digital platforms including social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), website content, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
• Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and posters aligned with company branding and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate closely with videographers and content creators to ensure visual consistency across video thumbnails, infographics, and other supporting materials.
• Translate marketing strategies and campaign ideas into compelling visual designs that attract and engage the target audience.
• Stay updated on current design trends and incorporate fresh ideas to keep the brand’s visuals unique and appealing.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with Edbrowse’s brand colors (white, blue, orange), tone, and style guidelines.
• Prepare and optimize graphics for various platforms, ensuring responsiveness and visual clarity.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and branding initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong creative flair and visual storytelling ability with attention to detail.
• Understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Experience designing social media graphics and familiarity with platform-specific specifications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with videographers, content creators, and marketing teams.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Knowledge of video editing tools or motion graphics is a plus.
• Fluency in Malayalam and English preferred for better communication and content understanding.
• Proactive attitude, open to feedback, and eagerness to learn and improve continuously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
